Payments
Payments for orders placed on this website are taken through Paypal. 
It is possible to check out as a guest with a credit or debit card if you do not have a Paypal account.

Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order.
We aim to fulfil orders within 3 - 5 working days, however, if your order is urgent, please get in touch and we will do our utmost to send your parcel sooner.
Smaller parcels will be sent by 2nd class Royal Mail post and larger ones by a reputable courier service.
We currently only supply to UK addresses.

Packaging 
We have made a promise to ourselves (and the planet) that we will use recycled or recylable packaging wherever possible.  We have purchased only environmentally friendly products to do this and will also recycle boxes and paper packaging for your orders.  If we have received stock wrapped in bubble wrap, we will reuse this for some orders - we hope that you will recycle this too.
Although the outer packing of your order may not be very pretty, please be assured that the products inside will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper where appropriate.
