Post and Packing

Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order.
We aim to fulfil orders within 3 - 5 working days, however, if your order is urgent, please get in touch and we will do our utmost to send your parcel sooner.
Smaller parcels will be sent by 2nd class Royal Mail post and larger ones by a reputable courier service.
We only supply to UK addresses.

We are currently offering free local delivery in the Machars area for orders over £30.00. On receipt of your order, we will contact you by email to make arrangements.

Packaging 
We have made a promise to ourselves (and the planet) that we will use recycled or recyclable packaging wherever possible.  We have purchased only environmentally friendly products to do this, and will also use recycled boxes and paper packaging for your orders. If we have received stock wrapped in bubble wrap, we will reuse this for some orders - we hope that you will recycle this too.
Although the outer packing of your order may not be very pretty, please be assured that the products inside will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper where appropriate.
