Return and Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Nest. However, if you are unhappy with your order or it has arrived damaged, please see the details below:

Damaged items
We take great care to package orders so that they reach the customer in perfect condition, however, sometimes accidents happen once parcels have left our hands. If an item you have received has been damaged in transit, please ensure you notify us by email on claire@nestgalloway.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt with the following information:

Name
Order Number
Photo of the damaged item
Whether you would like a refund or exchange

      We will get back to you with details of how to return the item. Please keep all of the original packaging so this can be returned too.
      If we are notified 48 hours or more after delivery, we are unable to be held responsible for any damage.

      Returns 
      If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email claire@nestgalloway.co.uk with the following information:

      Name
      Order number
      Reason for the return
        We will get back to you with details of how to return the item. All returns must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date and returned in the same unused condition with the original packaging.

        Delivery fees are non refundable and you will be required to pay for the return postage. 

        Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

        Refunds
        We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
